When will my order ship?

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipment.
  • If placed during a sale, orders may take between 5-10 Business days to process and deliver.

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • All orders automatically receive tracking information, once the order has been processed for shipping.
  • For all questions pertaining to shipping, please email inasensecandleco@gmail.com and include all pertinent order information.

My order arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

  • All orders are shipped Priority Mail, and include insurance. 
  • This insurance does not cover stolen packages 
  • If your package arrives damaged, please send order info, and photos to inasensecandleco@gmail.com so we may assist you.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
